Customer Redeem Points

To redeem points, the Customer presents their Member ID for the Business Owner to scan, who then provides the reward and deducts the points from their account.

Business Owner Track Loyalty Points

Business Owner exports periodic CSV reports to track added/redeemed loyalty points and staff performance.
