Welcome to Direktt, a customer care and messaging platform operated by HEXXU SERVICES LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (Company Registration Number HE361499), with its registered office at Αρχ. Μακαρίου ΙΙΙ, 155, PROTEAS HOUSE, Floor 5, 3026, Λεμεσός, Κύπρος (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Direktt provides a mobile-first communication and customer care platform that integrates with WordPress, enabling business owners to create communication channels for subscribers (customers), engage in messaging, run marketing campaigns, and provide digital tools for customer engagement.

Businesses must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for activities that occur under your account.

You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Disseminating, promoting, or facilitating pornographic, gambling, or illegal activities.
• Sending spam, unsolicited or bulk messages, or engaging in deceptive marketing practices.

Direktt integrates with WordPress to deliver its features. No other third-party data sharing is conducted. You are solely responsible for your use of WordPress and for complying with applicable terms and policies.

At present, Direktt is available free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, or fees in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to users in advance and subject to updated Terms. Continued use indicates your acceptance of new terms.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, HEXXU SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold HEXXU SERVICES LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
